  • Which materials do you use?
    I make sure to choose the best quality materials for hand made jewelery. For the base of necklaces and bracelets, I use silicone covered steel thread, which makes it hypoalleregnic and waterproof, as well as extremely durable. The beads varry between silver, gold-filled, pearls or gemstones and natural stones. Similarly, all the clasps are silver or gold-filled.
  • When will I receive my jewelery?
    Shipping varries between destinations. Your package will be shipped within 7 to 14 days via International Mail Courier Service.
  • Do you deliver products internationally?
    OLIÉR ships products worldwide. Shipping is available for most all around the world. In case of an issue with shipping we will contact you.
  • My order didn't arrive, what should I do?
    If your items do not arrive within 35 business days from the purchase date, please contact support@olier.com - and we will help out you as soon as we can.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    All of our payments are processed via PayPal for security measures, and so that you can get full customer rights. Customer Protection is available for 180 days, so you can always negotiate via PayPal in case you're not satisfied for some reason. We will do our best to assist you in any case.
  • How secure is my personal information?
